Estimates and proposals
Our estimates are free. An estimate or design we give you is not a contract. A job is agreed only when you and Pembroke Construction both sign a written agreement that sets out the scope of work, the materials, the price and the schedule. Estimates can change if the project changes or if we find conditions we could not see, such as damage behind a wall.
Discounts
We offer discounts for military members and veterans, senior citizens, teachers, 1st responders and people with disabilities. We may ask you to confirm that you qualify. How a discount applies to your project is set out in your written estimate.
Project agreements
Once you sign a project agreement, that agreement covers the work. If it conflicts with anything on this website, the signed agreement controls.
Photos, text and other content
The text, photos, logo and design on this website belong to Pembroke Construction LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on this site correct, but it is general information and may change. Building rules, permits and fees differ from one town to the next, so check with your local building office and with us before you rely on anything on this site for a specific project.
