Why Pembroke

Why people hire us.

Remodeling stress mostly comes from not knowing what's happening. We fix that first.

    One crew, one call

You deal with one company and one point of contact. We handle the trades, the schedule and the surprises.

  2. 02

    Written estimates

You see the scope and the price on paper before we start, so there's no guessing about what's included.

  3. 03

    Clean, respectful sites

We protect your floors, contain the dust and sweep up at the end of every day. It's your home, and we treat it that way.

  4. 04

    Built for Wisconsin weather

Roofs, windows, siding and decks are detailed for freeze and thaw, wind and wet, not just for how they look on day one.

  5. 05

    Straight communication

We tell you when things are on track and when they aren't. You won't have to wonder where we are.

  6. 06

    We fix what isn't right

At the final walk-through we go over everything with you. If something isn't right, we make it right.
